The website is owned and operated by Dong.vc, the personal site of Dong Nguyen Xuan, based in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam. It provides information on investment activity, investment approach, essays, and how to submit a deck.

2. No advisory relationship or investment commitment

Content on this website is general information only. Reading the website or submitting a deck does not create an advisory relationship, an investment relationship, a commitment to invest, or any obligation of confidentiality. Any working relationship begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement.

Dong.vc operates independently of VIC Partners and Funtap. Submitting a deck through Dong.vc creates no obligation on, and no advantage with, VIC Partners or Funtap. A suitable submission may be forwarded under those organisations' own processes after discussion with you. We will flag any conflict of interest in advance.

The website is provided "as is". We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Dong.vc and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
