Dong.vc respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.

1. Information we collect

When you submit the deck form, we collect: your name, email and company or project; the deck link or the deck file you attach; the company stage and the type of collaboration you select; your description; who referred you, if anyone; and basic technical metadata (user agent, source URL, time of submission, language). The newsletter form collects only your email address.

2. How we use it

• Form data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Dong Nguyen Xuan, with an email notification. Attached deck files are stored in a private Google Drive folder.
• We use the information to send an automatic confirmation, to respond, and to assess whether an investment or collaboration is a fit.
• Where a submission fits the process of VIC Partners or Funtap, we forward it only after discussing it with you.
• We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties, beyond the services needed to operate (Google Workspace for Sheets, Drive and email).

3. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. We may use minimal browser storage for display preferences, not for tracking.

4. Retention

Submission data is kept as a record of submissions received until you ask for it to be deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

Under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email dong@dong.vc.

6. Security

The website runs on HTTPS. Form data is transmitted over TLS to Google infrastructure. No system is entirely secure, but we apply reasonable measures to protect data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above reflects the latest revision.
