Dong.vc ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

1. Information we collect

When you submit the Request a diagnostic form on our Contact page, we collect:

• Name, role, company, and email you provide
• The stage, revenue band, and layer selection you indicate
• The message you write to us
• Basic technical metadata (browser user-agent, source URL, timestamp, language preference)

When you browse the site, we may collect aggregated analytics (page views, referrer, approximate geolocation) via Google Analytics 4. Analytics only loads after you accept cookies.

2. How we use your information

• Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Dong Nguyen, and a notification email is sent to him.
• We use your information to respond to your inquiry and assess engagement fit.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party, except as required to operate the site (Google Workspace for Sheet and email delivery).
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics help us understand how the site is used.

3. Data retention

We retain form submissions indefinitely as a record of past inquiries, unless you request deletion. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings.

4. Your rights

Under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Decree (Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP) and applicable international standards, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for analytics at any time (via the cookie banner or by clearing your browser cookies)

5. Cookies

We use two types of browser storage:

• Essential (always on) — localStorage entries for your preferred language and theme. No tracking purpose.
• Analytics (opt-in) — Google Analytics 4 cookies that load only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS (Let's Encrypt). Form submissions are transmitted via TLS to Google's infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the business evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

Dong.vc ("chúng tôi") tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập những thông tin gì, vì mục đích gì, và xử lý ra sao.

1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

Khi bạn gửi form Yêu cầu chẩn đoán trên trang Liên hệ, chúng tôi thu thập:

• Họ tên, vai trò, công ty, và email bạn cung cấp
• Giai đoạn, khoảng doanh thu, và lớp vấn đề bạn chọn
• Nội dung tin nhắn bạn gửi
• Một số metadata kỹ thuật cơ bản (user-agent trình duyệt, URL nguồn, timestamp, ngôn ngữ)

Khi bạn truy cập website, chúng tôi có thể thu thập dữ liệu phân tích tổng hợp (lượt xem, nguồn giới thiệu, vị trí địa lý ước lượng) qua Google Analytics 4. Phân tích chỉ được kích hoạt sau khi bạn đồng ý với cookie.

2. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin

• Dữ liệu form được lưu trong một Google Sheet riêng mà chỉ Dong Nguyen có quyền truy cập, kèm email thông báo cho anh ấy.
• Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin để phản hồi yêu cầu của bạn và đánh giá mức độ phù hợp để hợp tác.
• Chúng tôi không bán, cho thuê, hoặc chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân của bạn với bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào, ngoại trừ các dịch vụ cần thiết để vận hành website (Google Workspace cho Sheet và email).
• Dữ liệu phân tích được tổng hợp và ẩn danh, giúp chúng tôi hiểu cách website đang được sử dụng.

3. Thời gian lưu trữ

Dữ liệu form được lưu vô thời hạn như một lịch sử các yêu cầu đã nhận, trừ khi bạn yêu cầu xóa. Dữ liệu phân tích được lưu trong 14 tháng theo cài đặt mặc định của Google Analytics.

4. Quyền của bạn

Theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP của Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và các chuẩn quốc tế liên quan, bạn có quyền:

• Truy cập dữ liệu mà chúng tôi đang lưu về bạn
• Yêu cầu chỉnh sửa dữ liệu chưa chính xác
• Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu của bạn
• Rút lại sự đồng ý với phân tích bất kỳ lúc nào (qua banner cookie hoặc xóa cookie trình duyệt)

5. Cookie

Chúng tôi sử dụng hai loại bộ nhớ trình duyệt:

• Thiết yếu (luôn bật) — các mục localStorage cho ngôn ngữ và theme bạn chọn. Không dùng cho mục đích theo dõi.
• Phân tích (cần đồng ý) — cookie Google Analytics 4, chỉ tải sau khi bạn bấm "Đồng ý" trên banner cookie.

6. Bảo mật

Website được phục vụ qua HTTPS (Let's Encrypt). Dữ liệu form được truyền qua TLS tới hạ tầng của Google. Không có hệ thống nào tuyệt đối an toàn, nhưng chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn.

7. Thay đổi

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này khi hoạt động của Dong.vc thay đổi. Ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" ở đầu trang phản ánh lần chỉnh sửa gần nhất.
