For twenty years, I've sat on both sides of the table.
On the builder's side — Coolmate, Funtap, Ecomobi, Moore.
And on the investor's side — over 100 deals through VIC Partners and my personal angel portfolio, corporate development at Funtap.
To this day, I remain a senior advisor to the Boards of Coolmate and Ecomobi, Head of Corp Dev at Funtap, and still make investment decisions weekly at VIC Partners.
Across 2024–2025: 50+ deep diagnostics, 5–7 advisory boards, 100+ founders in continuous dialogue.
From all those conversations I noticed: what they tell me is usually not their real problem. The real problem lives at the governance layer.
Dong.vc exists to solve that problem — diagnosing at the governance layer using Đông Rùa Theory.
